W10 will be EOL on 2025 Oct 14. They are practically the same, what exactly makes you want to go back to W10?

I'm experiencing a lot of bugs with the new windows explorer. But also with windows in general. Windows 10 however worked just fine.

Do not think I have experienced anything I would consider a bug in file explorer after using W11 for months. If you did an upgrade from W10 maybe a clean install or reset of W11 would help in your situation.

Using any 3rd party software that changes file explorer, start menu, Windows in general appearance?
