Privacyguides is not in line with foss. They have a couple of bad recommendstions in this regard

I think I heard that this website once recommended Opera as a private browser...
Privacytools may have, but not privacy guides. They are community driven and you can contribute easily. Most (if not all) of their categories' criteria require open source
