is that wet subfloor and/or is there water damage?

might want to at least scrub that down and let it air out.

I just spilled a little when I disconnected the old dishwasher.

I'm actually not sure if that is even the subfloor. The boards are the same width as the ones in the adjacent dining room. I think I might have a wood floor in some type of condition under the linoleum.

Looks like linoleum flooring too, nothing traps moisture better. Probably want to lift the edge and peek under it.
