ich habe begonnen jeden abend einen spaziergang zu machen und dabei podcasts zu hoeren und in der frueh mach ich jetzt yoga statt ewig im bett zu gammeln bis das erste meeting beginnt.

das ende von apollo habe ich dringend gebraucht um den arsch hoch zu bekommen.
