I've tried many websites to download this but they all don't work. If it's possible, could somebody with HOI4 on steam download it and send the file to me? Thanks.

Yeah, it gets frozen at 100%. If I could get it into my computer I could probably run it fine.

Well it never resolved even after 2.5 hours, must be a problem with Mega. Too many files at once maybe? Idk. If you know of another filesharing site I can try that later tonight.
