Not sure this falls under the community History's guidelines but I'll give you my guess.

Probably in better shape than England, but that's not saying much. I'd guess if they got nuked at all it would be Dublin and Cork, maybe Belfast in the North but likely not. Food and clean water would still be an issue like anywhere else during a post nuclear wartime.
