They're just older folks who hate on the newer generations and are mad that they're not up to date with what the kids like and what's hot nowadays

Guess what, all those same rappers they revere are now starring in children's movies or coming out of retirement 2 decades later because they blew all their money on cars and jewelry that depreciated 10 times the moment it touched their neck

Sorry, but you really should've just bought some Johnny Dang grills so you didn't have to drop another "Conscious Hip-Hop" album or tour at age 67 to pay for your dental bill, gramps
