I don’t know how they’d do it with apple tax and all but I’d love a way to support both the app developer and my instance host via an App Store subscription (I like seeing them all in one place)

That's an interesting thought. Right now I'm supporting my instance through a Patreon subscription, but I agree that having the option to have it all in one place would be nice.
