Is het er een onderdeel van, ja zeer waarschijnlijk. Ik bedoelde echter te zeggen wat jij aanstipt in jouw 2e alinea. Weersextremen van de afgelopen jaren dan bekijk je al een reeks en niet één enkele storm.
