Guessing it's just blocked at the DNS level. I have an internal DNS server that forwards to CloudFlare DNS, and I can still see the site. If you're on a desktop PC, try setting your DNS addresses to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 and you may be able to see the site again.

Not the case for me. Resolving the domain using non-US based DNS server works and points to the correct IP, still couldn't connect though.

Edit: Seems like the block is coming from Nyaa's end, I seriously doubt all US ISPs could effectively coordinate blocking some anime tracker lol
