MODERATORS
These exist but are very rare. This is a commercial truck meant for things like small dump beds, bucket trucks, etc. There are a few shops that specialize in doing these types of custom builds for people who have way too much money and too little sense. There is a shop in my town that does this sort of work and they have something like this as a promotional tool but kost if their customers don't get anything this extreme.
In fairness, there was a small window of time in the late 2000s where GM and International marketed similarly-sized medium-duty commercial truck conversions directly to insecure men with micropenises -- but yeah, turns out it's a very niche market, and they discontinued those products very quickly. Now it's exclusively the domain of third-party upfitters to give drivers that "ultimate feeling of superiority" that only an apocalyptic amount of conspicuous consumption can provide.

I remember those. Seems like they were only on the market for a short time. My company has one of these for our large bucket truck.
