Lunar is an open-source Lemmy client (kbin compatibility coming soon) for iOS using SwiftUI

It’s still a work in progress, but if you want to try it out here’s a TestFlight link https://testflight.apple.com/join/GEFCCQTb

I’d love for you to be part of it. If you’re into coding or just want to lend a hand, let’s collaborate. Feel free to contribute ideas or raise Pull Requests to make Lunar even better.

Posting here because the post on the Kbin magazine hasn’t gained much traction.

As I am sure many have heard, the Artemis Project for Kbin is dead in the water. Right now, it looks like Lunar here is the only app that has plans to support Kbin.

Are there any updates here? I know Ernest said he was planning to release the API soon.

Thanks for all the hard work! The interface is pretty slick and reminds me a lot of Apollo (RIP).

Hey, it looks like the Kbin API has been released. There seems to be some demand for it so I will move it to the top of the todo list.

Excellent news!

I know next to nothing about making an app so I really appreciate all the hard work.

It’s super exciting to see the fediverse continue to develop!

Hey, I still have one blocker before publishing the API on kbin.social related to infrastructure. The issue is dragging a bit, but by the end of today, I'll try to launch the API on my second instance so that you can familiarize yourself with the structure, docs, and I can make any necessary corrections as quickly as possible. Thanks!
