I currently have this issue with a work colleague. I don't like her personality, I don't find her particularly attractive physically, but for some reason she makes me "hormonal". Is this a normal thing? I hate it!

Yes, it's all chemicals and pheromons sometimes. But it is important to stay grounded and remind yourself that you don't care for them. As it is easier to have a successful relationship with someone you share things in common with and like/love.
