The only problem would be it would be difficult to annotate your books in the margins if you are somebody who likes to do that.
get a white pen?
That is true, but it seems like a waste to get white pens specifically to annotate books with dark colored papers if I'm not going to use them for anything else. It's more clutter too.
Sounds like a fine excuse to buy another fountain pen.
