DRM is anti-user cancer. Denuvo is a good example why it's ethical to crack DRM and to never purchase anything that contains it.
I remember when I bought Rise of the Tomb Raider to play in anticipation of a month or two of no internet, phone data was too low to trust connecting my phone to my PC.
Installed it prior on my computer and then couldn't play it without using my phone to reautherise my game with Denuvo, Win10 took all my data with background updates in the process.
I have absolutely no issue with pirating a Denuvo game, if buying it isn't going to be respected.
