I don't see them overcoming that big of a point deduction. I would like us to take a stab at Onana if that were the case.

@Gingerrific @Astrealix where are you reading that? And yes to Onana! Again - primarily cuz you could do an amazing chant of ‘o-na-na’ to the tune of fu-gee-La by the Fugees

@Gingerrific what about city and their 115 charges? Would be harsh on Everton if nothing happens to city!

I'm not sure of exactly what each is charged w specifically, but personally I think Everton will get punished in a way that it will appear more harsh. City are probably going to get a small slap on the wrist but I do hope they get caught for being the sleezy little shots they are.
