It is for Nintendo DS, you can try the game even in an emulator like MelonDS, the game is almost 100% translated to English/Spanish.

I think it will! Although I'm not entirely sure if you would be able to play online with that device... As stated in the video, a guy is using his Steam Deck, he is using MelonDS with Linux.
