Why didn't the Union government submit any of these records before the Single-Judge Bench of Acting Chief Justice M.V. Muralidharan, which was hearing the Meiteis’ petition? Does the union govt's decision have anything to do with discvery of valuable minerals in the hills where the Kuki-Zos live? Is that why theyve permitted the genocide & civil war?
