It's pretty hard to choose one when there's both. If you want, you can ignore the hate speech part.
Well, my point is that you can ignore hate speech if there's call to violence. There's a catch though.
The reason this is important is because I see many snow flakes use the hate speech excuse to ban people they disagree with. So, when you combine both, you basically don't understand the line. Calling for violence is illegal, so no way to excuse it even if you want to. But using hate speech just means you don't want to have an open discussion and would rather ban everyone who disagrees with you.
So sure, in a reasonable world, I'd agree with you. But I've seen enough where both hate speech and call to violence are mixed, as in cards, to ban everyone people disagree with.
