When was the last time you updated your graphics card drivers? If not recent, give that a try.
Could also be RAM, have you run tests on that yet? Last tone I had games crashing it turned out I had a bad stick.
My drivers are updated, and I changed the RAM not so long ago (less than 6 months).
Sorry to hear the troubles you're facing with RAM, but I'm glad to see you know what it is!
