I accept it, but "happy" is the wrong word. I wouldn't say I wish I was straight and cis per se, there's nothing wrong with just being the way I was born. But not being those things would make my life immensely easier so it would be nice. I don't inherently enjoy the queer experience in and of itself. I'm just being who I am.
