So did they finally remove Operators and add back Classes like they used to be?

After reading only part of the article, I can see two things I have a problem with. First off, no, they didnt remove Operators. But more importantly, theyre calling seasons updates. Update 6.0.0 is just announcing Season 6, and I would suspect "Update 7.0.0" just to be announcing Season 7. A Season is not an Update. While you can add Season in an Update, numbering them exactly the same and essentially using them interchangeably is an awful marketing idea that needs to die immediately.

I am glad there is basically nobody left playing this god forsaken game. Maybe DICE will get it right next time, but so far this "love letter to Battlefield fans" has been a slap in the face at every moment after release.

The numbers actually have been increasing (in clasic battlefield fashion, where launch is always the worst time to play.). Its steam users alone is already starting to approach battlebits numbers(which had dropped off heavily since its meteoric launch)

there are actually a lot of people playing this game again because of the updates.

I don't say that it is the definitive Battlefield now and they sure as hell botched the launch, but it got pretty good with the updates and is quite fun to play now 👍
