Instance which defederates no one and isn't defederated by anyone? (lemmy.ml)

Is there an instance which does not block any other instance and isn't blocked by any instance?

I would like to decide myself who I block and who not.

I am currently on lemmy.ml and I noticed they block quite a few instances (https://lemmy.ml/instances).

I would like to make this decision by myself.

The short answer is that if you want to make that decision yourself, you'll have to start your own instance. There's a lot of unsavory things on the fediverse that most of us don't want anything to do with.

And I think a chunk of that is probably from lemmygrad. Honestly, I went to see for myself, and they're bloody awful people.
