I have done that already every week I make a backup because I don't thrust it. But it won't show errors so the shop I bought it from won't accept it as a return
Beyond that if they still won't honor the warranty, you'll probably have to pony up to buy a new SSD
The problem is that it won't always do it just occasionally but I will probably try contacting mushkin to maybe get them to replace it
You might try CrystalDiskInfo. I know nothing about it, but there are several forum posts elsewhere that suggest it.

Edit: on second thought, just contact the vendor and run the diagnostics they all you to.
