Ik heb inderdaad dezelfde ervaring met symposia, al kan het als commissie wel lastig zijn om alles goed te laten lopen. Dit klinkt echt als iemand die zich totaal niet in de hand heeft en totaal ongeschikt is voor leidinggevende functies...
