Facebook probably has so much misinfo but it's not being spewed by prominent people so it doesn't rise to everyone's feeds.
Reddit mods are so ban heavy you can't even be correct on a controversial topic without being banned.
I don't think any of the other sites allow talk of controversial topics. So it's expected to me that Twitter would have a lot of misinfo.
Not sure if this applies to climate too, but past looks at misinformation on Facebook on other topics have found that almost all of it comes from a small number of accounts
