Yeah I usually have a little backpack. I'll have on me: 1ltr bottle of water, keys, purse (wallet), phone, lip balm, tissues, emergency snacks, painkillers, antihistamines, hairbands, lipstick if I'm wearing any, maybe a light rain coat. Pockets or a handbag don't do it.
