One trivial way would be to just transfer your subscriptions, onto a new account.

Very true, if you don't mind losing your post history. A simple way to migrate subscriptions would be great for those folks that make a new account every once in awhile anyway.

I'm probably thinking too far ahead, but just spitballing..

Once reputation is fixed, your posts should be able to be exported/imported if it meets a certain level, and filesize requirement.

This would keep the permanent trolls in check.

Of course, reputation could be gamed and I don't have a solution for that yet. Perhaps weighted against the reputation/age of those who boosted you?
