I'm visiting Finland soon for two months. Could I rent an apartment for such an amount of time?

Depedns on where you are going, but most cities have at least some apartments you can rent (with furniture and stuff) for longer than a few nights. Generally a good place to start finding ones would be to contact the city officals directly, you can find their contact details online and more often than not also in english.
