Replacement for r/steamdeck_linux.
As Lemmy doesn't have flairs yet, you can use these prefixes to indicate what type of post you have made, eg:
[Flair] My post title
The following is a list of suggested flairs:
[Discussion] - General discussion.
[Help] - A request for help or support.
[News] - News about the deck.
[PSA] - Sharing important information.
[Game] - News / info about a game on the deck.
[Update] - An update to a previous post.
[Meta] - Discussion about this community.
Some more Steam Deck specific flairs:
[Boot Screen] - Custom boot screens/videos.
[Selling] - If you are selling your deck.
These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
Rules:
- Follow the rules of Sopuli
- Posts must be related to the Steam Deck in an obvious way.
- No piracy, there are other communities for that.
- Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
- This is a place of civil discussion, no trolling.
- Have fun.

Sounds like you're more looking for affirmation rather than asking a question. Also posting here is likely to get you the answer you're looking for. So here it is:
Yes, you should absolutely buy a SteamDeck.
You can even use it as a laptop if you really want to.
No I'm broke. I had to sell it in order to get something new. I also sold my old laptop. And I still need 20$. I know not having money is not an issue for some of you guys but for me every penny counts.
I don't understand why you replied to me with this. I didn't say anything about money.
