Speaking as a dutchie. There really is no crowd better than the dutch at setting a great mood. Especially in bad weather.

Was it the Dutch GP where there were allegations of sexual harassment last year? Or was that somewhere else? I dont quite remember

Apparently so. I didn't know about his but just read up on it. 15 cases quite bad. They stepped up measures this year. Hopefully there are no cases this year however we won't know till after.

I think it was Austria that made the news last year, but there were a lot of Dutch fans

I can't think of many sporting events in the States that would have that same sort of response to a rain delay.
