Eastern Russia has never been colonized?
I don’t even think Russia considers that part of Russia to be Europe
Am I the only one who's never considered Russia part of Europe?
Russia is part Europe and part Asia geographically speaking.
Yeah, you'd have to cut out all Slavs if you wanted to make that distinction make sense.
No. Most people I know don't consider Russia to be part of Europe
Then again, I actually live in Europe, rather than being an American trying to judge the line
It was colonized by Russia.
But did the European part of Russia colonise the Asian part or the other way around?
Today's Russia east of the Urals was colonized by Eastern European nobility.
Asia -> Europe first, but then Europe -> Asia, and finders keepers.
I mean, all of Europe saw population replacement when Middle Eastern farmers and then much later Indo-European steppe horsemen showed up, if we want to go way back.
Same for French Guiana
