It’s been an interesting 10-ish days on the internet in general. Big thanks to @[email protected] for hosting Lemmy.one. It’s a cool community, and I’m really enjoying the fediverse thus far. Looking forward to seeing how it develops!

How long did it take for your account to get approved? Been waiting a couple of days now and if that’s normal then that’s all cool. Just wasn’t sure.

About 24 hours, give or take. Afaik, it's just one person manually approving them all right now, so I'm sure there's a backlog.
