Absolutely majestic.
Wasn't it terrifying?! Or was it clear that you were safe in their presence? I've never done anything more exotic than swim with dolphins, so I can only imagine how much respect the mere presences of these creatures can summon.
Dolphins are so rad to swim with!! That's awesome you got to swim with them! Where was that at?
There were definitely some moments of fear. They are SO massive and playful but they lose track of where their tails go. So you had to watch out for them, especially when there were 7 whales playing in the same area. One or two were easy to keep an eye on, but more was a bit hectic. That said, engaging with them, being SEEN by them, having them respond to your spins and arm waving was incredible and I am so grateful and awestruck.
