How dare you notice any incorrectness with this wonderful wonderful film!
0 regrets seeing this in theaters or purchasing it day 1 when it hit streaming (maybe we waited for it to go on sale? Maybe it was already on sale price day 1 because people cannot appreciate how good bad this class is)
This movie has a rocket lifting off (from my whole town wewt wewt!) literally in a tsunami, and you're going to be picking nits about some wrinkle removal? This movie was delicious, and every person in it deserved to look however they wanted to appear, because they were dodging asteroids in space before ending up in the friggin moon!
I love that if you haven't seen it, you'd probably think that "ending up IN the friggin moon" is a typo. Shouldn't that be ON the moon?
Nope, they are IN the moon. I loved this dumb as hell flick. I just bought the 4k Blu Ray for it last week so it can be in my collection forever.
There's been a nice resurgence of over the top good-bad sci-fi. If you missed it, please allow me to recommend "Rampage" based on the early 90's arcade cabinet smashy smashy game.
Yeah, I totally agree with you on the entertainment value. This is definitely in my Top10 for "so bad it's good" movies (first place being the indomitably awesome The Core).
Omg i was hoping it would be bad-good! Bumping it up my list movies to see!
It's a perfect movie to see with a few friends and/or beers.
It would be hard not to appreciate the level of bad-goodness of this amazingly bad-good movie. Trade your brain for popcorn in the kitchen and strap yourself in for the most unbelievably stupid "how could I ever want to watch this again" even though you know you'll watch it again flick that will hopefully get the sequel that none of us deserve but we all need. Then go put your brain back in and go on awesome thoughtful adventures with it, and never tell it what you saw.
