Hullo also says it will operate reduced schedule until end of August

I had passage booked to Vancouver yesterday and had to change plans to go to Horseshoe Bay instead. Not a gigantic deal, but added almost an hour each way to the trip.

For sure an inauspicious start for Hullo.
