Definitely a bummer for Hulk. At least the stewards were gentle. As for the messiness...yeah. It's actually impressive that they got the starting grid out in a statistically average time, given how many summonses were issued.

What exactly happened? The reasoning in the graphic does not tell me much. I only saw the summary which listed him as second. He seemed having finished his lap before the red flag, no?
