I love these bags, hope they're successful. However, the federal government is being very hard headed.

So I would get these bags, then use them for garbage. Now I have to buy non-compostable bags for garbage. It's the usual poorly thought out legislation we've come to expect.

Bags intended for the landfill won't break down either way, since landfills are designed not to breakdown the contents. You should be using the bags for composting
