As you have probably noticed, r/GlobalOffensive is still private in protest, due to Reddit's recent API changes, which you can read more about in the link:

Due to the lack of meaningful change, we will remain private for the time being. We will re-evaluate our stance on the 19th of June and will keep you updated in the relevant channels, as we go along with this extension.

To say that Kbin is an even worse alternative to reddit than discord is just completely laughable.

I still try to figure out the appeal of kbin as a Fediverse front-end. I'm accessing this community though lemmy.world and not kbin.social because I can't even figure out how to only display posts from my subscribed communities (or "magazines") on the front page. On Lemmy I just click this:

On kbin.social I only have these buttons and it keeps showing random posts from weird places
