Tottenham sent more players than they should have, Kinsky wasn't even registered for the tournament lol
As funny as it is that the first trophy Spurs gets in 14 years and first real trophy in 40 years doesn't even get respected enough to have medals on hand for all the players, this sounds like it is on Spurs... which I guess is also funny, since they can't even be successful when they win.
To be fair, they don't have a lot of experience at recieving medals
I mean, they used to, they never lost a final or semifinal until the 2000s or something like that was said on one of the podcasts, also first british team to win a european trophy in 63
While true, any organisation should always calculate with at least 10% safety net in my opinion. Obviously UEFA had several more medals on site and didn't mind providing them to all of the players later. It would have cost them literally nothing extra to have an extra few medals in the box, just in case.
