$400 million is such a drop in what we have given to other countries. She's not wrong, but she's not right.
Do you believe the USA has a net positive on the world?
Sure you give money in aid to many places, but how much of that destabilisation has been caused by them?
I’m of the view that America is the worst thing to happen to the world.
Oh you're attributing things to my comment I didn't mean. The US government is out of control. Yes we give massive dollars all around, and the government expects quid pro quo. None of it is what the people want, it's what the government does. It's all corrupt. But so was Hillary.

Im of the mind you need to study more history if that’s your belief. Please make sure they are reputable academic historians as opposed to people with an axe to grind.
Why would someone have to axe to grind with a country? Unless that country wronged that person.
Happy to be recommended some resources to read, but I’ve eyes my friend and I’ve seen the atrocities America has committed and I’m currently witnessing the ones they allow their friends to commit.
Not everyone is logical who engages in “history”. Not everyone who writes history adjacent materials ate actually good at providing an informed and unbiased look at a subject.
For example Ben Shapiro has written a US history book. It’s dogshit.
