Make game open source
What do now Nintendo?
The same thing they've done with lots of emulators, tell whoever is hosting the source to cease and desist or face a lawsuit.
We need distributed source control
What about Tor hidden service gits?
Not sure if joke...
As in, distributed storage a la I2P or Freenet, so that there is no central company or person to send copyright threats to
Once it's out in the wild there's not much they can do
pokemon billions dollar name, plus thier side business which is the card game which also billions dollar market too, but they do nothing of scalpers and collectors/investors(tcp japan)
Nintendo has sued multiple open source projects and their creators into oblivion.
