I am terrified to ask but who the fuck makes these videos? And who listens to them? That is some really dark stuff.
Just take a look into the comment section of these videos, you will find the answer , this one too though extremely disturbing.

From the name of the channel, I'm assuming they're making audio B-roll. Like if you're making something spooky, maybe you would want exclusively higher pitched screams in the background. People using it for any other purpose is terrifying
