Strava's enshitification continues. It's basically useless now without an expensive subscription. I mountain bike. All I want is to track my lap time, segment time, and compare against personal records.

I tried MapMyRide today, which pretty much just tracked my lap time. Not ideal.

Are there any decent alternatives?

Geoactivity Playground is a great way to get away from Strava - it offers Strava Sync, but you can also use your own GPX files. I don't think that it does allow you to do segments:
