It's just a version number mixup. The repo version is indeed the latest. More here: [email protected]

I was a user of RiF, RedReader and Infinity. Infinity when it gets out of alpha, is going to be insane.
Sync was not even close to these, and I hated the v20 fat Material UI look, stuck to v18 till it stopped working.
