Things like frozen lasagna and stew are classics for new parents, but not exactly the greatest light fare. What are your faves that:

  • can be easily eaten when you drop them off, or popped in the fridge for later
  • don't require turning on the oven
  • are refreshing in the heat
  • are nutritious, not too junky

Honestly my favorite thing I received was delivery from a local vegan restaurant, it was junk foodie but very yummy. You want junk food when you’re struggling :)

Chinese tomato and eggs are good

Japanese curry

Thai Tom yum soup

All super easy to make and yummy
