I save up a 50ml shot glass full of ABV and dump it all into a small blender quart sized smoothie when the time comes.
Strawberry yogurt, fresh strawberry, frozen banana, vanilla icecream, and a scoop of peanut butter, and your prefered kind of milk. These ingredients do nicely to mask the ABV taste and get the liquid slosh down the gullet easy.
I didn't measure how many Gs of abv but I estimate about 10g of ABV was used I'll try to scale it if I make this kind of post in the future.
Much simpler method, especially for smaller scale:
Take a french press, put avb in, replace water for a few days when it gets dirty. When it stays clear you're done curing it, press the water out, and start cooking.
