First of all, if you're in the US, start making a list of what expenses you can write off as business expenses for tax purposes. Cell phone, fuel, car insurance, vehicle maintenance, travel meals, office supplies, portions of home utilities if you use your home as a work space, and more.
Running a business is hard and you don't get paid for most of it, so make sure your expenses are properly being written off.
