Discussion of the show, pictures from the show and anything else 30 Rock related.
Rules:
- All DubVee instance rules apply. See the sidebar at https://dubvee.org/. Those are pretty comprehensive, so we don't really need to add much to those.
- No politics outside of what's referenced on the show. Let's leave that drama elsewhere since there's plenty of it.
- All posts must be 30 Rock related or adjacent. You dummies are awesome, so I don't think I've ever had to mod any posts for this, but codifying it for good measure.
- Less a rule and more of a guideline, but please try to provide alt text if your instance + client combination support it. If not, then please try to make an effort to provide a description of any image posts in the post body.
- Don't make fun of people for misusing dated cultural references. Are we all cowabunga on this?
- No talking about Krang! It would be a waste of time to talk about Krang on ~~television~~ the internet!

In honor of that, I will award 1,000 Crisspoints to any enterprising person who indexes them for easy searching.
These are all fantastic by the way.
I have been wondering the best way to do that. I keep these all documented in a spreadsheet, so it would be somewhat trivial to convert that to a searchable list on the web. But... where would I put that index?
A spreadsheet you say? Whew is it getting warm in here?
Assuming you want to post these on the platform and not do something custom or external, I wouldn't be opposed to a living post here, and I would even pin it to the community. Would you do something like each gif in a spoiler like you do for the groups of them now with the caption text as the spoiler text?
I could also create a dedicated community here called "30 Rock GIFs" and set it to allow only posts from mods and promote you to a mod of it. That should allow searching by exact term and getting just one result.
That's outside of my knowledge, but it sounds hard. Pun unintended but Yarn seems like it's holding on by a thread and has been broken quite a bit lately.
I don't think so. The reason I do that in my GIF dumps is because of the issue with Thunder mentioned in this thread. But for the sake of a master index, I think users would want to be able to scroll through the GIFs to visually find which one they are looking for without having to click on each one. I was thinking to format the index something like one of these two:
