Mainly waiting for Xenoblade Chronicles X, so didn't want to commit to any long game, but ended up starting lots of different games. Some of these I started previous week but forgot to mention.

Still playing Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations .

Have reached the very end of case 2. The case is really good, and if rest of the cases are similar, I can understand why people consider it one of the best game in the series.

Going to focus on the game now, to finish it before 20th.

Finished Alan Wake Remastered.

I shared my complaints last week, nothing more to add. Even with those issues, loved the game. Specially the narrative.

Also played both DLCs, and then watched the Control's AWE DLC let's play (I played it when I played Control) to finally understand the context of what's happening.

Don't want to spoil the ending, but it wasn't what I was expecting, but it makes sense. Looking forward to playing Alan Wake 2, and see where the story goes from here.

Still playing Paper Trail on tablet (Netflix sub).

Not much to add here, the gameplay is fun. Slowly playing it for 5-10 before sleeping. Recommended to all puzzle fans.

Playing Trine 2 on PS. Played the first one on Switch, IIRC and while I enjoyed the game, never got around to playing around any of the sequels. Trine 2 was given away as PS+ monthly game quite a while back, so playing that now.

Game is similar to the first one, you have three characters, you can change to any of them on the fly. One is a mage, that can summon boxes to help with the puzzles, one is a knight that has a shield and can do melee combat, he can also break some walls etc. third is a thief who can attack with a bow and has a grappling hook type thingy.

Using all three you have to solve a series of puzzles and fight through enemies. There are tons of checkpoints so combat is never an issue, even if you die, you can just run back 5 seconds to the checkpoint to revive all your characters.

Puzzles are also not that difficult, they are mostly just how to open the next door, or reach some ledge, but some of them still stumped me for a bit.

I am on 4th or 5th level. Generally when I start playing on PS, play one level of the game, before switching to whatever else what I want to play. Should be done with it soon-ish.

Started Devil May Cry. The first one.

Always wanted to try the series, to gave it a try, but the game is really old and the controls feel very clunky. I am stuck at the first boss, Phantom, at level 3. Not ready to give up on that. But not spending too much time on it either. Will try it a few times more but if can't beat it, may just drop the game.

I was expecting more, since I enjoyed playing Bayonetta, but this is a much older game, so it makes sense for it to be so clunky.

Playing Just Cause 3 on PS5.

I wasn't expecting to enjoy the game, but I have played about 4-5 hours yet and enjoying destroying stuff and liberating areas. There is a basic story and you get missions, but eventually it end up as "liberate these many more areas" before next mission.

Surprisingly, the environment is not fully destructible. After hearing so much about how much things explode in the game I was expecting structures to be fully destructible, like Red Faction games. Still, not bad for game of it's time.

Movement is lots of fun. While you can take over any car, bike, ship or plane, you also have a grapple hook, wing suit and parachute! Which are all lots of fun.

That's all on my end. Unless I forgot some game again. What about all you? What have you been playing?

I’ll be playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and pokemon scarlet! I’ve had RDR2 since its release year and have never completed the story (a crime, I know lol) and I just got Pokemon as a gift, so my child self is super excited for that one!

Well, I haven't even started RDR 2 yet, so no judgements from me 😀.

Have fun with Pokémon!
